SHIPPING
- We ship via DHL Express and orders typically take 2-3 business days to reach you.
- During holiday periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to ship.
- If necessary, we may divide your order into multiple shipments.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Shipping Address: If you need to make any edits to your shipping address, please email us at customerservice@ellastein.com as soon as possible.
- Your order will require a signature at the time of delivery.
- Free delivery on all orders within the United States.

RETURNS
- Ella Stein offers easy, hassle-free returns! This means you can return your order for free within 30 days from the date of delivery. You must ensure that the product’s original tags are in place and the jewelry is unworn.
- To raise a return, please email us at customerservice@ellastein.com or you may call us at (646) 904-5885 (EST 6.00 am to 2.00 pm)
Upon Initiating A Return:
- You will receive a shipping label from our team that you must stick on your package.
- If your pin code is serviceable a UPS or USPS agent will pick up the parcel from your doorstep. If your pin code is non-serviceable you will have to drop your parcel to your nearest UPS or USPS delivery center.
Receiving Your Refund:
- You will receive a refund on your original mode of payment as soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse and it’s been verified by us.
- The refund may take up to 10 business days to show in your statement, you will receive an email notification from our end once we initiate the refund.
- Ella Stein will never ship pre-made or stored items, as we prioritize the exceptional quality of the jewelry you receive, its vibrant brilliance, and our commitment to sustainable sourcing practices.

I bought the Ella Stein square huggie earrings at a gift shop, but when I tried to put them on, one of them had a flaw that did not allow the post to open far enough to put the earring on so I had to return them. I then ordered the same pair online. This time, one of the earrings is so unbelievably hard to get open that I almost resorted to cutting it off my ear. The stem that clicks into the clasp is slightly too high/low and gets intolerably jammed in the clasp. I have to take it to a jewelry to get it fixed. So... I like the earrings but the quality is questionable since 2/2 pairs have had issues.
I don’t know if i like or not mine arrived bent flat. Reach out supposed to be getting a replacement its been almost a month haven’t received it or know if its even shipped.
The pendant is *way* too small and much smaller than appears in the website photographs. I'm giving it as a gift to an 18 year old girl, but I would not gift it to anyone older I would probably return it otherwise.
