14kt Gold over Brass - Yes
14kt Gold over Silver - No
Ella Stein jewelry is made with recycled Sterling Silver and plated with 14K Gold. These are by nature not waterproof. Avoid wearing them continuously or for extended periods of time in water.
Our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry is made with 14kt Gold Plated Brass to be Water Resistant and Tarnish-Free!
We take the utmost care to craft our jewelry using the highest quality of silver and gold, so every Ella Stein piece is built to last! In our efforts to ensure our jewelry is allergen free and doesn’t harm your skin, we do not coat it with anti-tarnish chemicals.
Cleaning
Wipe the metal part of jewelry with the cloth provided for an instant shine. Gently rub the piece with this fabric to get rid of tarnish. Heavily tainted areas may require several swipes.

RETURNS
- Ella Stein offers easy, hassle-free returns! This means you can return your order for free within 30 days from the date of delivery. You must ensure that the product’s original tags are in place and the jewelry is unworn.

Upon Initiating A Return:
- You will receive a shipping label from our team that you must stick on your package.
- If your pin code is serviceable a UPS or USPS agent will pick up the parcel from your doorstep. If your pin code is non-serviceable you will have to drop your parcel to your nearest UPS or USPS delivery center.
Receiving Your Refund:
- You will receive a refund on your original mode of payment as soon as your parcel arrives at our warehouse and it’s been verified by us.
- The refund may take up to 10 business days to show in your statement, you will receive an email notification from our end once we initiate the refund.
